My self Neha Parab, My mobile No. is 9820415043. Really Fed up From Vodafone as you can see my trail mail for vodafone. Now from Vodafone Charmi Vora is saying there is no reversal for my payment which is wrongly billed from Vodafone to me. As we are always paying our bill before time & then to every time we are suffering for the different types of plan which was without intimating us Vodafone activated & start on our number we don't have any sms or phone call for the same. . Ms. bhakti lal was promise me that she will reverse the amount but now ms. Charmi is saying bhakti is denied for the same. For Vodafone internal problem why we the customer will suffered.

My Reference ID is 1430392100. I spoke to Bhakti Lal. Who don’t even know about the plan & when I asked her to transfer the call to manager she said she will arrange for call back but she didn’t transfer the call.
I’m facing too much problem in Vodafone. Today 14.11.2013 I got message from Vodafone that my bill is generated. When I opened the attachment my bill is showing 3G internet plan is of Rs. 250/- When I Activate the plan it was Rs. 125/-. Nobody told me that after 6 months it will of Rs. 250/-. In my Oct. 2013 bill why it is charge of Rs. 250/- When I transfer my sim prepaid to postpaid Vodafone told me that I will get 1gb data plan free for life time. Then within 6 months they told me that offer is valid till 6 months only & without intimate me they charge me the bill.
Now when we start 3g plan of Rs. 125/- then why should I pay Rs. 250/- to Vodafone.
Please clarify for the same or else I will again convert my Sim to Prepaid & even we will cancelled all our corporate number & switch to other network. As it is there is problem in Vodafone network & Vodafone commit us in our office they will put the booster but when that god only knows. False commitment is now we are getting from Vodafone.
Everybody is busy with their work only we don’t have any work so we are getting time to write a mail.
Hopefully I will get the reply for the same.

Day before Yesterday 03.09.2013 I got message from Vodafone that now onward for my mobile internet plan they will charge me extra. When I change my prepaid connection to Postpaid I got a free life time 1GB internet service for every Month. Then Why should I pay Extra. I spoke to your Customer care Executive he said now onward we have to pay for the Same. My reference Number is 702808804.

Even I will not Pay the New Sim Amount of Rs. 25/- to Vodafone for which I wrote a mail to Vodafone & nobody was replied for the same.

Myself Neha Parab. My Mobile Number is 9820415043. From Last So many days I’m Facing the network problem when I spoke to you customer care executive they said talk to technical team. From Technical team I spoke to Mr. Juved he said change the SIM card may be problem is with your SIM.
So I went to Prabhadevi Vodafone Gallery (Address: Century Bazaar, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai- 400025, Maharashtra ) MS. Sanjana did all the process & From Cash Courter I got the New SIM card for the same. But that Cashier Madam Registered Wrong SIM number in your Vodafone system so my phone was not start after two hours as per their commitment.
She issued me the SIM No : 8991200011758829755 & She Register the SIM No was 8991200011304980276.
After that Again I called to Vodafone customer care they said go again to prabhadevi or any other Vodafone store & change the SIM then it will be activated.
I Spoke to Vijay & Reshma & My reference ID for the Same complaint is as 689008329 .
Yesterday on 18.8.13 I went to your Mira road Gallery Shop No 7/8/9/10, N G Estate Chs, Opp Sai Petrol Pump Mira Bhyander Road, Bhyander, Thane 401104. They issued me again New SIM card & Ms. Rukhasana told me that it will charge of Rs. 25/- in my bill. For What I should pay RS. 25/- it is purely Vodafone Cashier who seats in Prabhadevi that is her mistake. She put the wrong SIM number in System in fact because of that I have to face lot of problems. From 17.8.13 afternoon 02.30Pm to 18.8.13 01.30Pm afternoon my phone off. I lost my business opportunities.
Top Of this Still my Mobile network problem is as it is. Still is not connecting to my PC Not even Wi Fi connecting to my PC. I need all my previous facilities on my New SIM with no additional cost.
So I will Not Pay Rs. 25/- for SIM & please send me the any technical person contact number so that I will talk to them & resolve my issue.
