This company is regularly giving advertisements in the leading newspapers and leading websites for there franchise network on pan India basis for last one year. The company is charging nothing the appropriate amounts to appoint State franchisee, district franchisee, block franchisee, and small counters. After taking the booking amount like 5 lac, 2 lac, 1 lac, 50000, 20000, 10000 from there franchisees the locking period is 3 years for which company promise to develop the franchisee's surrounding defined area by making the block franchisee and counters under the state and district franchisee.
Also company commits for an assured return of investment within the three months. Also the company promise their franchisee's to fetch the courier business from local market and the corporate clients with the help of there business development manager and marketing team. And the company always keeps any of its promises and commitments. The company is only interested in giving the best services to its customers. I ordered a nokia lumia 920 by cash-on-delivery mode on snapdeal.com on 23/10/2013 and they gave me an estimated date of shipment as 28/10/2013. on th 28th i received a message that my product will be shipped within 3 working days.
after 3 working days i.e 31/10/2013 I contacted them through their site and although it said they will respond within 24 hours I did not get any response and the next day I got a text message that my ordered product could not be delivered.

In the meanwhile I got to know of similar offers on other sites as well, but could not order since i had already ordered the phone. Also Snapdeal.com did not allow order to be cancelled from my side then how can they cancel it from their side.
If I am constrained not to cancel the order even they are constrained to complete the order otherwise this arrangement does not make any sense and the consumer stands as the loser in any case.

please guide me if Snapdeal.com are bound to complete the order and if so how do I make the do it.

I purchased AutoKart - Ultra Heavy 12V Electric Car Bike FULL METAL Air Compressor Inflator With Torch for Rs 1878/= prepaid through online net banking (SBI) and I received a broken item with torch missing on 11 Oct 13.
On reporting the matter to the firm by e-mail, they asked me to send photo’s of packing , broken item etc, and later revet the item by reverse pickup courier, receipt back of which, they have confirmed. Since I asked for refund of Rs 1878 they asked for complete bank details, which was provided and the customer care dept. promised to refund in a few days. There after I have sent 2 reminders but total silence from their side and no refund done.

I recall my nightmarish experience on captioned flight.Incidentally, i am retired top executive of nationalized bank with good travelling experience with various domestic/international flights.As such well familiar with flight protocol's etc.The sad incident pertains to chief purser/ flight manager,probably named 'VIJ' (As his name was not clear as at time of this incident,he deliberately inappropriately displayed the same for avoiding to note the same)But ,he was in-charge on this flight as he was making all announcements etc.

Before takeoff from Mumbai, i requested for water as i am suffering from diabetes,cardiac condition etc. so feeling parched.She promised to provide same after some time.After takeoff i waited patiently but no water,which prompted me to press the bell. Now,the air-hostess at cockpit came,very politely i was telling her that your colleague at the rear did not serve me water. a midst innocuous talks, this chief came and started shouting at me uttering "I know what you are telling her''.(worth noting is that i did not called or talked to him).He admonished me that I should not expect instant service.when i tried to clarify my position, he very insultingly retorted that i should not argue with him.Besides his body language was just inappropriate.With continuous shouting,he tried to get physical with me. Timely, intervention of co-passengers saved me from his wrath. HE FURTHER THREATENED TO HANDOVER ME TO SECURITY STAFF, who would haul me for hours together Besides, my calm he continued with aggressive posture , made racist and castiest comments as i belong to minority community.
This unprecedented public humiliation/insult left me,my better-half totally shattered besides hurting our religious feelings and sensibilities. I am sure for certain that a service industry can never be expected to render such a shoddy,shameful treatment to customers who chooses to fly with them. Pl donot treat it just another run of mill case,have a investigation and book this erring employee for this rowdy behavior witch will put even a street urchin to shame. I NEED TO BE APPRISED WITH DEVELOPMENTS.

Tikona is really a fraud company, after suffering for one year with their internet connectivity i decided to disconnect the connection so i called the customer care on 7th sept 2012 they told me that it will take 45 days for the disconnection process. I don't know for disconnection why 45 days are required, this is sure a cheating policy of tikona. In this 45 day they will send the false bills to the customer and are asking to pay the bills if they want to disconnect the Tikona internet connection. If the customer not pays the bill they will keep sending new bills to the customer.

My advice to all users if they feel cheated and is harass by the Tikona then we should come together and log a cheating complaint against TIKONA in the Bhandup police station. I mention Bhandup police station because Tikona main office is in Bhandup.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Below mail clearly confirms that my paid subscription is discontinued and ECS Cancellation is also acknowledge on 4th November.
Still ECS are debited from my account in November as well as in December (Check my account statement)

While inquired with Vibha (your customer care representative) about the same, she said i needed to make discontinuation/Cancellation of ECS request on phone.
If it was so, Why did you confirmed my discontinuation on 4th November 2013 through an email? Why didn’t you tell me this in whole November, December month?

I called up many times to Vibha, she always ignored to speak and said she will call back post lunch/dinner/after 2 hours, she never called back!
I Tolerated this nonsense, no one else would have tolerated this.

I want my Oct, November and December ECS debited from my account back ( Rs1997*3= Rs 5,991 + Rs 400 ECS Bounce Charge)
And a confirmation immediately both through email/call for discontinuation of subscription and ECS Cancellation.

This is my last email to justdial, if it is not responded i will surely take this matter very seriousely!

FYI. I REQUESTED FOR DISCONTINUATION AS ON 17.10.2013 AND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS TODAY.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I bought a nokia mobile Model - 6303i classic on April 2010 and i had some hardware issue with that device during warranty period. I visited the Nokia care regarding this issue and they swapped my mobile with new mobile of the same model and IMEI No. 355382041420178 and i also extended my mobile's warranty for one year (expires on January 2012). After 6 months I started facing some network issues with this device also and i have been submitted this device to Neil Communications, C-10, Sector 10 Noida on 10th of September 2011.

I received an email from Nokia support team that I can collect my Nokia device on 17th October 2011 yet I was denied the same when I contacted the Nokia care center where I submitted my Nokia device.

Please escalate my issue to high priority as I want my Nokia device before the end of this week.

I Feel that I had made big mistake by purchasing this mobile and again by giving it to nokia care. I dont know how long it will take them to repair my mobile.I feel myself Totally cheated. I have no Idea where to complain for quick response. I want my mobile otherwise nokia should Replace this Mobile.

I dont have somuch time to visit nokia office two ,three,four times. Please Please give some solution.

I have ordered a mobile battery on 24-11-2013 on rediffshopping.com. my order no is 8783535 and i received wrong product on 27-11-2013. So i courier it back as per instructions of rediff.com. Unfortunately, i have not received my product even i have complaint on customer care my times and also send complaint mails many times but there is no response from their side till now. Now i don't need any product from rediff.com i just need my refund.

Now from Vodafone Charmi Vora is saying there is no reversal for my payment which is wrongly billed from Vodafone to me. As we are always paying our bill before time & then to every time we are suffering for the different types of plan which was without intimating us Vodafone activated & start on our number we don't have any sms or phone call for the same. . Ms. bhakti lal was promise me that she will reverse the amount but now ms. Charmi is saying bhakti is denied for the same. For Vodafone internal problem why we the customer will suffered.

I’m facing too much problem in Vodafone. Today 14.11.2013 I got message from Vodafone that my bill is generated. When I opened the attachment my bill is showing 3G internet plan is of Rs. 250/- When I Activate the plan it was Rs. 125/-. Nobody told me that after 6 months it will of Rs. 250/-. In my Oct. 2013 bill why it is charge of Rs. 250/- When I transfer my sim prepaid to postpaid Vodafone told me that I will get 1gb data plan free for life time. Then within 6 months they told me that offer is valid till 6 months only & without intimate me they charge me the bill.
Now when we start 3g plan of Rs. 125/- then why should I pay Rs. 250/- to Vodafone.

Please clarify for the same or else I will again convert my Sim to Prepaid & even we will cancelled all our corporate number & switch to other network. As it is there is problem in Vodafone network & Vodafone commit us in our office they will put the booster but when that god only knows. False commitment is now we are getting from Vodafone.

Everybody is busy with their work only we don’t have any work so we are getting time to write a mail.

Hopefully I will get the reply for the same.

So I went to Prabhadevi Vodafone Gallery (Address: Century Bazaar, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai- 400025, Maharashtra ) MS. Sanjana did all the process & From Cash Courter I got the New SIM card for the same. But that Cashier Madam Registered Wrong SIM number in your Vodafone system so my phone was not start after two hours as per their commitment.
She issued me the SIM No : 8991200011758829755 & She Register the SIM No was 8991200011304980276.

After that Again I called to Vodafone customer care they said go again to prabhadevi or any other Vodafone store & change the SIM then it will be activated.
I Spoke to Vijay & Reshma & My reference ID for the Same complaint is as 689008329 .

Yesterday on 18.8.13 I went to your Mira road Gallery Shop No 7/8/9/10, N G Estate Chs, Opp Sai Petrol Pump Mira Bhyander Road, Bhyander, Thane 401104. They issued me again New SIM card & Ms. Rukhasana told me that it will charge of Rs. 25/- in my bill. For What I should pay RS. 25/- it is purely Vodafone Cashier who seats in Prabhadevi that is her mistake. She put the wrong SIM number in System in fact because of that I have to face lot of problems. From 17.8.13 afternoon 02.30Pm to 18.8.13 01.30Pm afternoon my phone off. I lost my business opportunities.

Top Of this Still my Mobile network problem is as it is. Still is not connecting to my PC Not even Wi Fi connecting to my PC. I need all my previous facilities on my New SIM with no additional cost.

So I will Not Pay Rs. 25/- for SIM & please send me the any technical person contact number so that I will talk to them & resolve my issue.

I have ordered a rayban sunglass on kaunsa.com on 27th of november.Expected date of delivery was12th december.But after that day i have tried to connect them by their customer care number.Maximum times they dont even bother to pick up the phone.Fortunately i have got their connection 3 times,they told me that due to heavy purchase of same item,it is delayed from vendor side.Till date i have not received the item.I am calling them for atleast 100times a day.They are not even receiving the call.My name is PRITAM GHOSH,Order id-Kaun/198666.I have paid the amount through creditcard ,of amount 559.
I want a solution of this fraud case by kaunsa.com and refund of my money+compensation for harassing me.

I had got my blance deducted unnecessarily on 4th april n when i tried to talk to customer care they told call later bcuz of sum system upgradation.i called so many times but i got the same reply.They not even register my complaint of balance deduction.n now when i try to talk to customer care my call didn't get connected they blocked my no.this is the 3rd time when i got unnecessary balance deduction in last 2 month once rs125 then 115 rs n now 53 rupees.plz take strict action against reliance customer care.

I am still waiting for an upsdate from you guys I sent the scan copy on 29/10/2013 as requested earlier. now I am going to send email to your CEO. If still does not work out I'll go to the consumer court.
This time again I am sending the courier receipt through attached scan. Till now I tried to called your csutomer care for 84 times out of that I had successful contact 27 times and your worst customer care agent disconnected my call for more than 18 times. Still I am trying.. PLEASE REPLCE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Dear Team,

This is Kaushik Mondal. My Order number is : 8647326. Product Name: Portable Mini Sewing machine with foot pedal. I received this product today 24/10/2013 at 11:10 am. This product has manufacturing defect. This machine is not working at all. I called your customer care and placed complaint with Complaint Number: 85033. I need this product to be replaced ASAP.

This product I bought to give as a gift to my wife on her birthday on 28/10, however this is not at all accepted from Rediff Shopping that you sent me a defective product without checking. This is the worst service I ever have.

I am totally an unsatisfied customer. I want this product to be replaced immediately any how. I want this product to be replaced on or before 28/10/2013.

I have purcased Beats detox Pro OEM Headphone by order No.8787590 dtd.25.11.2013 from hotdealsfrompearl, delhi. It is totally duplicate and NO RESEMBLENCE with the original. the product is totally different from their advertisement. the quality is tooo cheap. i am totally disappointed. I am not staying in India and I received the product yesterday only. They delivered the product in India on 27.11.2013. They totally charged rs.895/- the product is totally fake and cost a maximum amount of rs.50/-. the public will loss the trust on rediff by this seller. better you have to remove this type of sellers. a totally online cheating.

Sir,
I purchased a Maruti SX4 from Uttam Toyota Utrust, Patpargang, New Delhi on 31 July 2013. I have not received the RC book from them.
Earlier I was told that they do not have NOC from the previous customer. (Why the vehicle was sold without proper documents).
Now they are telling that there is a signature mismatch of customer, it will take more time (indefinite time no firm commitment). Already 5th month is running how much more time is required.
I request that the vehicle be taken back and my money be paid to me.

I have applied the passport on 03-april-2013 since from that day passport status is showing"Passport application has been submitted along with applicable fees and supporting documents."
Your passport will be dispatched after Clear Police Verification Report is received at Regional Passport Office. You would receive an email/sms once the passport is dispatched".
I contacted several times local police station(baguiati PS); they told me that we PV had already been finished and report sent back in the month of August 2013, but till date I have not received Passport from Passport Office.
This really frustrates us, 9 months over still passport not yet received..kindly let me know to whom I need to contact or escalate this issue.

I had purchased a Lenovo P-770 phone on their online portal, Order id# 79472. Within a months usage, the phone had some hardware problems and I had submitted the same to the Lenovo service centre. They had issued a DA letter, which certifies that the phone is eligible for replacement under the Warranty period. Subsequently I had shipped the defective phone to their address: Maniac, Plot No.442, Nr HDFC Bank GH 5, Sector 16, Gandhinagar-382016, Gujarat. Ph: 079-66707070. Upon receipt of the shipment, I was told to wait for 1 week for status update. Today, 18th Dec'13 when I had contacted the customer care, I was told that they have not recd the earphone in the shipment, and hence the phone cannot be replaced as the complete set of accessories were not recd at their end. This was shocking to me, and I wondered why did they take more than 1 week for such a false revert. I had spoken to the customer care agent Mr. Praveen who was of no help. He put me onto his Manager Mr. Hari who assured to me that he will get back within 2 hours, but all in vain. I had also sent them an email but no reply to the same. I had clearly indicated to them that I have sent all the accessories along with the phone, but they are finding new ways to delay the process and put me in trouble. I therefore request you to assist me in getting a new phone from them, or refund on my money, with a compensation of Rs.10,000 for the mental agony I have gone through.
